Mark is a highly experienced executive with significant knowledge and understanding of the world of property and energy management, and related breakthrough technologies.
He formed and grew the Intelligent Property Group (IPG) which he first established in 1984. This transformative facilities management services and technology systems company won numerous important industry awards and secured long term contracts with some of the foremost blue-chip property owner and management businesses in the UK. Mark sold IPG to private equity investors in 2008.
Before entering the world of commerce and cultivating his own successful companies – and immediately after graduating from Southampton University – Mark worked in Whitehall and the Palace of Westminster for a number of years during which period he was appointed as a Private Secretary to two Government Ministers of State and Deputy Leaders of the House of Lords.
Mark is a voracious reader of ripping historical yarns and is a lifetime supporter of AFC Bournemouth.
Paul has many years of operational experience in the design, management and implementation of contemporary building services systems and technologies, with particular expertise in energy saving and generating systems. He has also successfully delivered a variety of next-generation telecommunication projects throughout the UK and the Netherlands for BT, Marconi, Alcatel-Lucent, KPN and T-Mobile.
In common with all of his ClubSwitch colleagues, Paul is entirely committed to only the highest achievable levels of professionalism and quality and works tirelessly to ensure that these values characterise each and every aspect of the various client services for which he has responsibility.
Paul loves running and is an avid water sports fan. He is regularly (almost) lost at sea with only a surfboard, a kayak or a paddle board for company.
Prior to founding the pioneering property management outsourcing model – Mercury Alliance – in 2010, Chris spent over 20 years at the heart of Diageo plc, latterly as a Global Procurement Director. He was responsible both for the company’s considerable procurement expenditures and the management and realisation of a wide range of major capital investment projects.
During his career with Diageo, Chris worked internationally in over 35 countries, with executive responsibility for numerous business efficiency enhancement and change management initiatives.
Chris brings this wealth of experience to bear in addressing the multiple, and often complex, issues faced in minimising the financial impact of procuring and consuming energy.
Chris spends his spare time running a hobby livestock farm and oak forestry in his native Ireland.

Victoria’s commitment to consistently delivering only the highest possible quality of service at the very best value puts her at the absolute heart of ClubSwitch’s service delivery. She ensures that our customers’ wide-ranging – and frequently quite complex and multifaceted – property management requirements are handled both swiftly and professionally each and every time.
Drawing upon her past experience of working in both the private and public sectors, Victoria has developed a proven track record for achieving the most beneficial solutions to meet our clients’ very particular needs.
Outside of work, Victoria can often be found on long walks in the Cotswolds with her husband, two teenage sons and family dog. When not out exploring the (relative) wilderness, Victoria particularly enjoys honing her musical skills on the guitar, piano – or even her harp.
Rebecca has worked in business management and financial services for many years and accumulated a wealth of expertise whist fulfilling her various roles for NatWest Financial Services, UWE Business School, the Legal Services Commission and Local Authorities. Rebecca now brings her considerable range of skills to the benefit of ClubSwitch’s clients.
Rebecca’s expert eye and keen attention to detail underpins many of the ClubSwitch operations and her consistently high standards and meticulous process management constantly ensure that our customers receive only the very best levels of services.
When Rebecca isn’t crunching numbers, she regularly puts on her running shoes and (softly) pounds the local pathways. Rebecca is a keen traveller and loves nothing more than exploring hidden gems in both the UK and the wider world.
John has been one of the country’s leading sports broadcasters for more than 30 years.
His knowledge of, and involvement with a wide variety of community sports clubs, gives him a great insight into the day-to-day running of such organisations, and the importance of a well-structured financial base in ensuring their survival and growth.
